Stay Tuned

My sister and her family is here visiting for the 4th of July festivities. You will have to stay tuned for a bit longer and more rant filled post.

I am about to go off on camping, men who sleep anywhere at anytime (WTF?)and light bulbs who go out after .9 hours of usage.

Until then my little chickadees, let me run off to whole foods for a couple of things I "forgot" and see if my men are still in love. Especially those seafood men in their orange fish pants (completely technical term) and muscle shirts, flinging fish back to each other and then, boom! someones suspenders broke and you are pretending to look at those fresh salmon fillets, but he is bending over and wow! look at those muscles and the glass is fogging up and he asks you if you need help, and boy! do you.........oh,
ahem
Excuse me, I need a quick shower before Whole Foods.

  1. I eagerly await a rant on random sleeping men! Every time I have entered my neighbor's house her husband is sprawled out on the couch in his underwear completely passed out. No matter what time...there he is.

  2. Hon... you know I am very fond of you, and I will say this as lovingly and flirtatiously as I possibly can after getting back from a 5-mile run. I can possibly see you getting into hiking... most likely day hikes of modest length and difficulty. Sans kids, I could even see you and E meandering off the beaten trail and getting naked like Adam and Eve while searching for some forbidden fruit. But at the end of the day, I really don't see you KAMPING. I should think a bubble-filled hot tub and room service would be more your style.

That said, I hope you have a great time. And please come back with some sordid stories from the wood.
