Wax On or Off?

How crazy would I really be if in my current third trimester state, went to get a bikini wax?

I wonder if I would be more sensitive, less or whocaresIhaveababycomingsoon.
I also wonder what kind of waxing to get a traditional conservative wax or go all out and bare all? Maybe I should just wait until I get close to my due date and get it all done then so I don't have to worry about it for awhile.

Who knew birthing babies would be so complicated.

hmmmm I just don't understand the waxing craze. Maybe its just because I don't have hair issues. I could go 3 months without shaving my legs and you really can't tell at all. Same goes for all over... except on my head. Tooooo much there!

I say if you like waxing, then go for broke and take it all off. What the hell?

  2. ya, what the hell. I mean, if you're gonna go through the pain of waxing, you might as well do it all!!!

    You are a brave woman!

  3. I think it'll be interesting to find out if you are more sensitive when pregnant, or less. Happy waxing!

  4. I wax but haven't since I have been pregnant. I am scared btu I think it is necessary for the hospital stay.
    I want to be fresh.

I say don't let the fact that you are pregnant stop you. Go for it.

  6. Wax away baby, wax away! You're a tough one...but if you think of it...it's pain for only a small amount of time...

  7. Hell, if you do it anyway......go ahead.

Not sure why it would be necessary for the hospital stay. I've asked many of the women here at work if they did or had anything special done to their girly bits when they had their kids and none of them had.

Honestly, hubs gave me a good shave and trim prior to last birth. It worked for me and he seemed to get something out of it. ;)

not sure on the waxing. it hurts enough when you aren't pg.

Why anyone at anytime would rip their pubic hairs out at the root, is beyond me. OUCH. Isn't the pain of child bearing enough?!

  10. It hurts, but is worth it because you don't have to do anything for a long time. No more shaving every week or every day in some cases!
