What do you think of children's music? I interviewed Dan Zanes this morning and you can read about it here.
I have never interviewed anyone besides for a job. I was nervous and I did fumble a bit but he was so nice and kind, he made me comfortable.
I have to think of something to do with my kids this summer. Even though they are only in school two days a week, they need more interaction with kids their age and need to be out of my hair. I doubt a 30 minute swim lesson each week will be enough. I have got to find something for them to do, I am not going through another long, boring, hot summer.
What do you do with your kids in the summer?

My kids are 10, 8, and 8. We are members of the YMCA and they are at the pool several times a week.
ReplyDeleteIn the past (and this coming summer as well), we've enrolled them in day camps.
Hey lady,
ReplyDeleteWe go to the pool. Also, the boy ends up having friends over alot -- depending upon good behavior. Also meet up with people to hike, go to McDonald's indoor playlands when its superhot, or drive more than an hour to visit Marc's parents and my own as well as the friends we still have in our hometowns. Oh and there's all sorts of summer camp stuff around here.
If you can push them off on the parents for overnight visits, I highly recommend. heehee.
Stock up on some duct tape?
ReplyDeleteKidding! My kids usually go to the pool several times a week as well.
